It interviewed 10 people, including teachers and administrators, and it to survey 205 students belonging to the Industrial Technological and Services Baccalaureate Center in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico in November 2019, using the action research method. Some results of this research indicates that there are various risk behaviors in the institution, but there are no intervention strategies that allow them to be attended it.Las conductas de riesgo son acciones que involucran peligro para la persona, sobre todo en un periodo complicado como es la adolescencia. Por tanto, el objetivo de este artículo fue ofrecer alternativas de intervención ante la presencia de conductas de riesgo en estudiantes de educación media superior, para favorecer su formación integral. En este estudio se elaboró un diagnóstico que permitió visualizar la situación de una institución educativa en cuanto a conductas de riesgo de sus estudiantes. Se entrevistaron a 10 personas, entre docentes y administrativos, y se encuestaron a 205 estudiantes pertenecientes al Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico Industrial y de Servicios en Villahermosa, Tabasco, México en noviembre de 2019, bajo el método de investigación-acción.
