In addition to that they are usually distressing for the family and the patient himself. It is therefore important to establish the appropriate therapeutic objectives (adequacy of the therapeutic effort) to improve the management according to the evolution of the disease and the complications that it may present, which are potentially fatal. This approach is given by palliative care that seeks to improve the quality of life of the patient and family through the treatment of pain and other physical, social, psychological and spiritual problems. Being fully compatible with curative measures. Then, in this document, it has been succinctly exposed regarding 4 life- threatening complications such as: massive hemorrhages, seizures, spinal compression syndrome and malignant intestinal obstruction and their management according to the palliative care approach. Fundación Instituto Hipólito Unanue2022-06-23info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistadiagnostico.fihu.org.pe/index.php/diagnostico/article/view/36610.33734/diagnostico.v61i2.366Diagnóstico; Vol. 61 No. 2 (2022); e366Diagnostico; Vol. 61 Núm. 2 (2022); e3661018-28882709-795110.33734/diagnostico.v61i2reponame:Diagnósticoinstname:Fundación Instituto Hipólito Unanueinstacron:FIHUspahttps://revistadiagnostico.fihu.org.pe/index.php/diagnostico/article/view/366/370Derechos de autor 2022 Arianna Irina Escajadillo-Luckinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:revistadiagnostico.fihu.org.pe:article/3662022-08-03T19:06:53Z
