Finally, Peruvians laws about this issue has been analyzed.Este artículo analiza el régimen jurídico de la responsabilidad social universitaria en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. En primer lugar, se ha detallado cómo la responsabilidad social se ha convertido en un fin de la universidad y se ha estudiado desde las teorías propias de la ciencia de la administración de empresas. Luego, se ha señalado que, en el caso de las ciencias jurídicas, corresponde con el principio de solidaridad.
