This paper has wanted to explain the meaning, effects, and consequences of theoretical and practice when Congress decides to apply for a presidential vacancy. Luego de cuatro elecciones consecutivas y democráticas en Perú, la forma de gobierno comenzó a desarrollar varias discusiones políticas y académicas sobre el voto de censura, disolución parlamentaria, también las causas de interrupción del presidente durante su mandato.
