In this last order, the change brought about favors heirs, incorrespondence with the constitutional tutelage which the right to inheritance has in Cuba.In such way, the exaggerated tuition of cohabitants has been left behind opening the doorto a Law which accommodates to the compasses of the succession norms regulated by theCivil Code.En los últimos dos años los cimientos de la legislación civil e inmobiliaria cubana sehan removido, con especial énfasis en lo relativo a la transmisión de inmuebles, ya seapor actos inter vivos o mortis causa. En este último orden, el giro operado favorece a losherederos, en correspondencia con la tutela constitucional que el derecho a la herenciatiene en Cuba.
