For this purpose, a conceptualization of human rights and violence against women in Peru will be made. Then, the law that regulates these measures and the decree under analysis will be delimited. Finally, it will be determined whether the proposed solutions address the rights at risk.El estado de emergencia debido al SARS-CoV-2 ha supuesto un nuevo reto para las medidas de protección en los casos de violencia contra la mujer. Los derechos a la integridad personal y la vida de la mujer necesitan ser adaptados para ser efectivos durante la pandemia, pues los casos de violencia se incrementaron debido a las nuevas ventajas y los estimulantes que tiene el agresor de cometer el delito. Por tal motivo, el presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar si el Decreto Legislativo n.° 1470 satisface esas exigencias. Con dicho propósito, se procederá a una conceptualización de los derechos humanos y la violencia contra la mujer en el Perú. Luego, se delimitarán la ley que regula estas medidas y el decreto materia de análisis.
