The globalization process and the recent rules derived from the «Consejo Ejecutivo del Poder Judicial» have had created a new form of the legal practice in the High Courts. This change enforced diversity values, for example: the celerity process, the person’s right to defense and the due legal process.El concepto que se tenía sobre la Sala Superior Civil y su funcionamiento antes del estado de emergencia nacional por la pandemia COVID-19 ha cambiado innegablemente. Esto constituye un punto de partida hacia una nueva mirada en la nueva forma de trabajo jurisdiccional y, por ende, una manera distinta en que el Poder Judicial imparte justicia a nombre de la nación.
