In this regard, the trial through Units against Flagrante Delicto, as Peru has been implementing, represents a better coincidence with the criminal law of the citizen, as proposed by said author, to understand a better consolidation of human rights. Let us prosecute the crime, it is necessary, but let us do so within the framework of respect for the principle of dignity of the person.La exigencia al Estado en la lucha contra el delito, cada vez mayor, ha conducido con fuerza a considerar que existe un derecho penal del enemigo, como expresa Günther Jakobs, figura que se expresa en sanciones más duras, penas de cárcel más extensas, entre otras ideas. En ese sentido, el juzgamiento a través de Unidades de Flagrancia, como viene implementando Perú, representa una mejor coincidencia con el derecho penal del ciudadano, como propone el mismo autor, para entender un mejor afianzamiento de los derechos humanos.
