Se centra en la ética en el derecho, particularmente en la función pública administrativa. La investigación emplea el método deductivo, conectando teoría filosófica y aspectos procesales. Se utilizan fuentes documentales, como legislación y doctrina nacional, para respaldar argumentos. El objetivo es justificar la necesidad de códigos de ética en el poder público, principalmente en la función pública administrativa. Las conclusiones respaldan esta afirmación.
