It is proposed the fusion of this institution with the «Junta Nacional de Justicia» because it will provide the legal instruments to create a new institution: The «Escuela Judicial Peruana».El presente artículo tiene como objeto de estudio establecer la influencia que tiene el adecuado nivel académico de los magistrados tanto del Poder Judicial como del Ministerio Público en relación con la disminución de los niveles de corrupción en el ejercicio de su función. Ello motivará que el actual sistema de formación y capacitación de los jueces y los fiscales, llevado a cabo por la Academia de la Magistratura en el Perú, sea reformado.
