As a result of it, the author aims his attention in the description, characteristics, jurisprudential reception and suitable repair of the damage to the «project of life»; without forgetting the urgent necessity of an adapting as well as exact formation of the judge in this matter.El autor ofrece una panorámica del estado contemporáneo del Derecho de Daños, en general, y del daño a la persona, en particular, a la luz de los aportes de la Filosofía de la Existencia, que significaron el trascendental cambio de una visión patrimonialista por una centrada en la protección integral del ser humano en cuanto a su libertad.
