The source of information was a combination of vaccination cards and mother's report.  Results: In the 2023 demographic survey, the vaccination rate was 91.9%. The characteristics associated with non-vaccination in the generalized linear models (p value ˂ 0.05) were: i) home births and births in private clinics, ii) cesarean births, iii) not having received the BCG vaccine, and iv) not belonging to the mountain region. Conclusion: The percentage of children vaccinated in the 2023 demographic survey exceeded 90.0%. The factors that were shown to be associated with non-vaccination were place of delivery (home, private clinic), cesarean delivery, not having received the BCG vaccine, and not belonging to the mountain region.Objetivo: Determinar las coberturas y factores asociados a la no vacunación contra hepatitis B en recién nacidos en Perú. Materiales y métodos: Transversal múltiple, la población fueron niños menores de cinco años. La fuente de información fue la combinación de tarjeta de vacunación y reporte de la madre. Resultados: En la encuesta demográfica del 2023 la proporción de vacunación fue de 91,9%. Las características asociadas a la no vacunación en los modelos lineales generalizados (p valor ˂ 0,05) fueron: i) partos domiciliarios y en clínicas privadas, ii) partos por cesáreas, iii) no haber recibido la vacuna BCG, y iv) no pertenecer a la región sierra. Conclusión: Los niños vacunados en la encuesta demográfica del 2023 superó el 90,0%.
