The main objective is to evaluate the influence of the application of oat extract (Avena sativa L.) on the eutrophication of lake waters under controlled conditions in 2023. A pure experimental design and a quantitative approach were used, including sample collection. and analysis of transparency, chlorophyll and total phosphorus. The application of oat extract is carried out under controlled conditions and is evaluated using the Trophic State Index. The results reveal specific characteristics of the extract, such as a humidity of 98.91%, 72 hours of exposure and a temperature of 11.2°C. In chemical terms, the pH is 7 and the concentration of phenolic compounds is 0.15 mg/l. However, the key results focus on its impact on eutrophication. Despite different doses, no significant decrease in eutrophication indicators, such as chlorophyll (a) and total phosphorus, is observed. This suggests that the doses of oat extract used might not be generating a significant effect in improving trophic status under the controlled conditions of the study.Este estudio aborda la problemática de la liberación de aguas residuales contaminadas en la bahía interior del lago Titicaca debido a fallos en la planta de tratamiento. El objetivo principal es evaluar la influencia de la aplicación del extracto de avena (Avena sativa L.) en la eutrofización de las aguas del lago en condiciones controladas en 2023. Se empleo un diseño experimental puro y un enfoque cuantitativo, incluyendo la recolección de muestras y análisis de transparencia, clorofila y fósforo total. La aplicación del extracto de avena se realiza en condiciones controladas y se evalúa utilizando el Índice de Estado Trófico. Los resultados revelan características específicas del extracto, como una humedad del 98.91%, 72 horas de exposición y temperatura de 11.2°C. En términos químicos, el pH es 7 y la concentración de compuestos fenólicos es 0.15 mg/l. Sin embargo, los resultados clave se centran en su impacto en la eutrofización. A pesar de diferentes dosis, no se observa una disminución significativa en los indicadores de eutrofización, como clorofila (a) y fósforo total.
