La investigación se centró en diseñar un plan de mantenimiento para el sistema de aire acondicionado del Centro Comercial Sambil Paraguaná, utilizando una metodología descriptiva con investigación documental y de campo. Se analizaron los equipos principales a través de listas de chequeo, observación directa y entrevistas. La propuesta se estructuró en varias fases, incluyendo el diagnóstico del sistema, identificación de equipos críticos y aplicación del Análisis de Modos y Efectos de Fallas (AMEF). Como resultado, el plan permitirá mejorar el mantenimiento, prolongar la vida útil de los equipos y optimizar su funcionamiento.
