Se hipotetizó que la implementación de las políticas de RSC de los bancos peruanos incidió positivamente en su desempeño financiero anual en el período 2009-2018. Este trabajo analizó la información de los 12 principales bancos peruanos, que en conjunto representan más del 97% de la participación de mercado y mediante el uso de regresión lineal múltiple se estimó el efecto de las políticas de RSC en el principal indicador financiero: El ROE (Return of Equity).

It is necessary that civil society, represented in the client, be convinces that he has the possibility of rewarding or punishing a company when it observes that it deviates from the minimum standards of what is considered a good organizational practice in regarding being socially responsible. The punishment would simply consist of not consuming the product offered. The goal of the research was to analyze how the implementation of CSR policies in Peruvian banks which were, during the analysis period of this research, especially aimed at increasing levels of financial inclusion through greater access to credit, as well as greater investment in infrastructure for the provision of financial services, impacted in their financial performance and how this data can be use on an emerging economy such as Peruvian, which is characterized by being scarce, while offering lights for the incorporation of CSR information disclosure policies in various sectors of the Peruvian economy. It is hypothesized that Corporate Social Responsibility of Peruvian Banks had positively affect in their financial monthly performance in the period 2009-2018. This work will analyze the information of the 12 main Peruvian banks, which together represent more than 97% of the market share.
