In this thesis I divide this general question into three particular questions: How is it possible to follow Jesus? What does it mean to be a follower of Jesus? How does a disciple of Jesus act in this world? I try therefore to find a response to each of these questions. That is why this thesis is divided in three chapters: Christology as theological foundation, anthropology and grace towards spirituality and a practical theology for today.
