Y se definió como objetivo: identificar si las regulaciones del sector financiero en el Perú se encuentran convenientemente alineadas frente al marco de trabajo de ciberseguridad del NIST. En el estado del arte se identificaron los avances regulatorios del sector financiero en ciberseguridad, luego se realizó la propuesta de nivel de alineamiento de las regulaciones del sector financiero en el Perú frente al marco de trabajo de ciberseguridad de NIST a fin de identificar posibles brechas producto de la contrastación contra el marco de NIST. Se identificaron brechas regulatorias y se propusieron recomendaciones y estrategias para todas las regulaciones afectadas con referencias a estándares internacionales de ciberseguridad. Como conclusiones se identificaron avances en las regulaciones, pero con debilidades por mejorar.
