Además, dada su heterogeneidad y especificidad, es necesario estudiarlos particularmente. Con el propósito de identificar las brechas que dificultan el crecimiento de startups se explorarán las relaciones entre los facilitadores e inhibidores del crecimiento y desarrollo de startups, y el desempeño de los actores del ecosistema de emprendimiento en Lima. Para ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio exploratorio de carácter cuantitativo explicativo validado por un modelamiento de ecuaciones estructurales basado en las varianzas o partial least squares (PLSSEM). Los resultados en el modelo estructural de orden superior mostraron únicamente al factor facilitador, con una influencia positiva y estadísticamente significativa sobre el desempeño de los actores del ecosistema. El análisis importancia-rendimiento de los facilitadores sociales mostró alta importancia, pero bajo nivel de rendimiento, por lo cual podrían ser intervenidos para mejorar su impacto.

However, the quality and quantity of Peruvian startups is behind neighboring countries such as Chile and Colombia, whose entrepreneurial ecosystems are more favorable. Research on such ecosystems has not reached a consensus on the relationships between the factors and actors driving the growth and development of startups, as it is a complex, recent and insufficiently addressed phenomenon, especially in emerging economies such as Peru. In addition, given their heterogeneity and specificity, it is necessary to study them particularly. In order to identify the gaps that hinder the growth of startups, we explore the relationships between the facilitators and inhibitors of the growth and development of startups, and the performance of the actors of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Lima. For this, an exploratory study of a quantitative explanatory nature validated by a modeling of structural structures based on the variances or partial least squares (PLS-SEM) was carried out. The results in the higher order structural model showed only the facilitating factor, with a positive and statistically significant influence on the performance of the ecosystem actors.
