El logro de esta visión planteada al 2024 permitirá un incremento de la potencia efectiva de energía de 7,116 MW actualmente a 20,000 MW, la ejecución del 100% de la proyectos de repotenciación de la red del sistema eléctrico interconectado nacional, 100% de cobertura de acceso a electricidad de los hogares peruanos, reducción de la compensaciones a usuarios por fallas del sistema especialmente en el subsector de distribución, el incremento del retorno sobre patrimonio del Sector Eléctrico y la firma de convenios de intercambio de energía con la totalidad de países fronterizos. Se concluye que los intercambios internacionales de energía son un escenario propicio para la consolidación de un clúster regional de energía eléctrica cuyo centro debe ser el Perú, haciendo más atractivo el Sector Eléctrico para grandes inversiones por parte de empresas transnacionales y facilitando el fortalecimiento tecnológico y del recurso humano mediante el flujo permanente de información, experiencias, investigaciones y formación. A través de la coordinación entre los subsectores de generación, transmisión y distribución, el liderazgo del Ministerio de Minas y Energías y Pro inversión, el fortalecimiento de los Gobiernos Regionales y la oficina de Gestión Social, y el compromiso financiero del sector privado será posible la implementación exitosa de este plan estratégico traduciéndose en desarrollo social y económico para el país.

The achievement of this vision for 2024 will allow up an increase of promoting effective energy from 7,116 MW to 20,000 MW, the execution of 100% of the projects of revolution of the network of the electrical interconnected national system, 100% of coverage of access to electricity of the Peruvian homes, reduction of the compensations to users for faults of the system specially in the subsector of distribution, increase of the return on heritage of the Electrical Sector and the signature of agreements of exchange of energy with the totality of frontier countries. In conclusion, the international exchanges of energy are a propitious scene for the consolidation of a regional cluster of electric power which center must be Peru, making Electrical Sector the most attractive for big investments on the part of transnational companies and facilitating the technological strengthening and of the human resource by means of the permanent flow of information, experiences, investigations and formation.
