description La presente tesis tiene como objetivo realizar el análisis y diseño estructural de un edificio de viviendas multifamiliar de concreto armado. El sistema estructural será de muros estructurales, y su análisis se realizará según lo estipulado en la Norma E.030 del 2019. Asimismo, para el diseño de los elementos estructurales se utilizará la norma E.060 de concreto armado. Se empleará el software Etabs 2016 para el análisis sísmico, mientras que para el análisis por carga de gravedad y diseño de elementos estructurales se emplearán hojas de cálculo. La cimentación de toda la estructura tiene una profundidad variable debido a las cisternas de agua para consumo y agua contra incendios. Esta cimentación estará compuesta por zapatas aisladas y zapatas conectadas.
