Gracias a este análisis se ha podido establecer los objetivos de largo plazo para la Región Junín, acorde a la visión propuesta y según la cual, para el año 2027, esta región se encontrará entre las cinco primeras en cuanto a productividad, de acuerdo con el ranking del PBI nacional, según el cual se proyecta que será el principal productor de quinua y café a nivel nacional, como también un referente en turismo, lo que logrará una economía diversificada y la generación de empleo formal y digno, teniendo como soporte servicio de salud y educación de calidad. Una vez culminado el análisis se han elegido tres productos, que son el café, la quinua y el turismo, pertenecientes a dos de las actividades más importantes o potenciales de la Región Junín, es decir, agricultura y turismo, con los cuales se impactaría directamente en la generación de empleo directo a la población de la región. Durante el análisis se han obtenido datos importantes que arribaron en la demostración de que estas actividades económicas elegidas pueden crecer, son altamente rentables y generan empleo formal y de manera sostenible al poblador de la Región Junín. Los objetivos propuestos serán cumplidos mediante la aplicación de nueve estrategias retenidas y 18 objetivos de corto plazo que serán medidos desde cuatro perspectivas, enmarcadas en el cumplimiento de la eficiencia y la eficacia. El modelo de planificación utilizado para la Región Junín es el modelo secuencial, propuesto por el profesor Fernando D’Alessio. Los resultados y las conclusiones a las que se llegaron indican que la región con esos productos en los sectores elegidos, son altamente atractivos para la inversión privada

For this, the tools such as the PESTE analysis and the AMOFHIT analysis have been used, focused on the organizational interests and cardinal principles of the region. Thanks to this analysis it has been possible to establish the long-term objectives for the Junín Region, according to the proposed vision in 2027, the Junín Region will be among the top five regions in productivity according to the national GDP ranking, being the main producer of quinoa and coffee at a national level and a benchmark in tourism, thus achieving a diversified economy and generating quality employment and dignified employment, having as a support health service and quality education. Once the analysis was completed, three products were chosen: coffee, quinoa and tourism, belonging to two of the most important or potential activities of the Junín Region, that is, agriculture and tourism, with which It would directly impact the generation of direct employment for the population of the region. During the analysis, important data was obtained that arrived at the demonstration that these chosen economic activities can grow, are highly profitable and generate employment directly and sustainably to the inhabitants of the Junín Region.
