Asimismo, como resultado de las diferentes matrices y la información complementaria, se obtuvo estrategias que llevarán a cumplir los objetivos de largo plazo (OLP). Todo esto para alcanzar la visión establecida y visionar la situación futura deseada. Es importante mencionar que las condiciones económicas y políticas del país son estables, lo cual favorece el ingreso de inversionistas globales. La producción de la cañihua es una industria con un gran potencial, gracias a su alto contenido en vitaminas y versatilidad dentro del sector alimentario. Por ello, mejorar la competitividad de la industria será la base a considerarse, para mejorar costos, desarrollar eficiencias, y superar a los competidores actuales y a los que coyunturalmente pudieran aparecer. Se tiene una gran oportunidad para mejorar el posicionamiento de este cereal, dentro del mercado global, pues en comparación con productos similares, se dispone de una gran ventaja competitiva en el aspecto nutricional y alimentario. Por último, los objetivos trazados tienen una alta probabilidad de lograrse con el desarrollo de las estrategias planteadas, y junto a la creciente demanda de este tipo de productos a nivel global forman una combinación ideal para alcanzar el éxito en el desarrollo y crecimiento de esta industria. Asimismo, debe tenerse en cuenta que las perspectivas de crecimiento son bastante alentadoras en los próximos años para el Perú, y que la macroeconomía se desarrolla en armonía, entre el Estado y el sector privado, creándose un ambiente propicio en la generación de valor para ambas partes

Likewise, as a result of the different matrices and the complementary information, strategies were obtained that will lead us to fulfill the long-term objectives, all with the purpose of reaching the established vision and moving to the desired future situation. It is important to mention that the economic and political conditions of the country are stable, favoring the entry of global investors. The production of Cañihua is an industry with great potential, thanks to its high content of vitamins and its versatility in the food sector. Improving the competitiveness of the industry, will be the basis on which we will rely on to improve costs and develop efficiencies and outperform current competitors and those that may appear in the future. We have a great opportunity to improve the positioning of this cereal, within the global market, because compared to similar products, we have a great competitive advantage in the nutritional and food aspect. Finally, the objectives set have a high probability of being achieved with the development of the strategies proposed, and together with the growing demand for this type of products at a global level, they are an ideal combination to be able to achieve success in the development and growth of this industry.
