Entre ellas, y con la denominación de sociedades, están las que realizan una finalidad lucrativa mediante el empleo de un fondo común formado por los socios. Son éstas una diferenciación de las asociaciones con fin económico, pero no una forma más perfecta necesariamente, ya que su bondad no depende de la complejidad de su estructura y elementos, sino de su eficiencia para alcanzar el fin requerido.
