description En el presente trabajo, se elabora el Planeamiento Estratégico de San Fernando S.A., el cual es el resultado de un profundo análisis de los aspectos externos e internos de la empresa, como son fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas. A través de este análisis, se elaboran las matrices que permitirán elegir las estrategias que llevarán a San Fernando a la visión futura deseada mediante el logro de los objetivos de corto y largo plazo trazados. Para ello, San Fernando asumirá nuevos retos para cambiar su actual estrategia de negocios que le permitirá incrementar su rentabilidad a través de la diversificación de nuevas líneas de negocios con valor agregado, que se visualiza de manera holística en el Plan Estratégico Integral, el cual sintetiza los análisis efectuados en los capítulos respectivos, y que se debe implementar para alcanzar el futuro deseado
