Producto y sus correspondientes servicios que beneficiarían al personal militar en situación de retiro, considerado dentro de la categoría de adulto mayor o personas de la tercera edad; población integrada por personas que han puesto lo mejor de sus vidas al servicio de la patria, en cualquier situación, circunstancia, lugar y momento que el país lo haya requerido o necesitado, con el fin de salvaguardar los intereses nacionales dentro del marco constitucional.
