Los hallazgos obtenidos indican que no existe una relación significativa entre dichos constructos, lo cual sugeriría que operan de modo independiente. Sin embargo, mediante la correlación parcial, controlando el factor edad, se encontró una correlación positiva y pequeña (r = .26) entre la autoeficacia y la orientación hacia la tarea. Además, se encontraron relaciones significativas entre la autoeficacia y tiempo en el club, y entre la orientación hacia el ego y la satisfacción económica.
