The purpose of this research is to evaluate the current state of the agricultural sector and propose a plan for the implementation of advanced technological solutions to facilitate the transition to Agro 4.0. This concept refers to the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and automation in agricultural processes, with the aim of optimizing production, improving sustainability, and increasing the sector's competitiveness. Currently, the agricultural sector in Peru has experienced significant growth over the past 10 years due to a series of structural reforms and public policies that have facilitated the development of an export-oriented agricultural industry. However, this sector faces limitations in adopting new technologies, which is a key factor in improving productivity, increasing profits, and enhancing competitiveness. In this context, the present consultancy proposal aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the root causes of the current issues in agricultural production processes, with the goal of identifying technological solutions that drive efficiency. This consultancy will be implemented at the company Fundo San Carlos - Frutas del Sur, providing alternatives to optimize its performance and productivity.
