Este conflicto no sólo ha hecho peligrar y coadyuvar a su deterioro o extinción, sino que se observado una peculiar desatención por parte del Estado ante un deficiente marco legal de protección e incentivo. Es así que, en el presente trabajo, no sólo analizaremos dichas situaciones, sino además el tratamiento que se le ha dado a los Bienes Inmuebles Culturales en sede registral, en especial al II Precedente de Observancia Obligatoria del LXII Pleno Registral.
