Este trabajo se inspiró en la reparación parcial que durante el año 2002 se realizó del muelle industrial y que inquietó al autor de este trabajo a plantearse el reto de planificar la reparación total de la estructura. El reto de rehabilitar la totalidad de la estructura se piensa, planifica y elabora de manera que pueda servir de guía para un trabajo que deba desarrollarse en una situación real, por lo que su desarrollo ha sido estructurado a través de nueve capítulos, los que incluyen temas como la descripción detallada del muelle, el estado de conservación actual, el levantamiento de los daños, el metrado respectivo y el posterior desarrollo del proceso constructivo de la solución propuesta. |
