We will start from the definitions and characteristics of NFTs and the Metaverse, as well as the form of governance that they present. After that, we will presented problems of the duty of suitability regarding the acquisition of NFT's in the metaverse. At this point, 3 current challenges faced by consumers in the acquisition of these digital products will be presented.
