Adicionalmente, se formulará una propuesta legislativa que cumpla con resolver el problema identificado en este trabajo.

Therefore, this research will be oriented to build a favorable argumentation to the possibility of implementation of this type of defense mechanism in favor of the legitimate holders of tradenames, based on legal and practical reasons.
