description Continuando con la política de Datos Abiertos, el OSIPTEL ha implementado una potente herramienta digital, el Portal de Información de Usuarios, que muestra estadística relevante sobre la atención que brindan las empresas operadoras a los usuarios y las acciones del regulador en ese aspecto. El Portal de Información de Usuarios es una plataforma desarrollada íntegramente por personal del OSIPTEL, sistematiza información actualizada de forma trimestral (principalmente) de diversos indicadores, y la presenta de manera dinámica y flexible, a través de gráficos, mapas y tablas de acuerdo con los parámetros ingresados de consulta.
