description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal Determinar la asociación entre la Cultura Tributaria y el cumplimiento de Obligaciones Tributarias en las Serrerías de Cajamarca, Perú 2022. Respecto a la metodología, corresponde a la investigación básica, con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y del enfoque cuantitativo. La población para la investigación fue conformada por todas las empresas de la provincia y departamento de Cajamarca, determinando una muestra de 04 empresas aserradoras por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia; dentro de las empresas seleccionadas, se consideró encuestar al gerente y al contador. Los resultados del estudio fueron que la cultura tributaria y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias se relacionan de manera directamente proporcional, según el resultado de la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman con un p valor de 0.862. Concluyendo que el fortalecimiento de la cultura tributaria aumentará el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, contribuyendo al desarrollo sostenible del estado.
