description El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar un análisis o estudio de factibilidad para implementar una empresa de alojamiento estilo “glamping” en el sector de Punta Blanca, provincia de Santa Elena, lugar que cuenta con un gran potencial turístico, cerca de actividades de interés rural como pesca, paseo en caballos, agricultura, entre otros. Todas estas actividades no han sido explotadas aún de la mejor manera, existiendo una demanda desatendida que está interesada en este tipo de turismo. El estilo de un alojamiento tipo “glamping” es permitir a los huéspedes acampar con glamour, sin incomodidades y disfrutando de la naturaleza, acompañado de actividades como fogata, juegos de mesa, bebidas ilimitadas, servicio de lujo, entre otras. El establecimiento está dirigido para familiar y jóvenes nacionales y extranjeros usualmente entre 16 y 40 años que disfrutan del turismo rural y actividades al aire libre. En el capítulo IV se presenta el estudio y análisis de inversión, subtemas como un análisis del mercado, el “byer person”, el perfil de nuestro cliente, la estimación de gastos ingresos, entre otros, también se presenta el impacto que tendrá la construcción del establecimiento, entre otros temas. En conclusión, podemos afirmar que el proyecto es viable, se necesita una inversión aproximadamente de $55000 y se recuperaría el capital en más de 11 meses de operación.
