description El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del usuario en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Chincha, 2023. La investigación es de tipo básica – cuantitativa, con un nivel correlacional – descriptivo y con un diseño no experimental. El tamaño de la muestra fue de 351 usuarios y para la recopilación de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, a su vez se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS 26, representados en tablas y figuras estadísticas que determinó la correlación de las variables de estudio. De acuerdo a los resultados descriptivos obtenidos se percibe que el 41% está muy de acuerdo con la calidad de servicio que ofrece la sede institucional y el 39% considera estar de acuerdo, mostrando su satisfacción por el servicio recibido. Se concluye que la variable calidad de servicio tiene un coeficiente de Rho de Spearman de r=0.828 con la variable satisfacción del usuario. Por lo tanto, si p <0.001, existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables; la relación es directa porque es positiva, es decir, a mayor calidad de servicio mayor es la satisfacción del usuario en la Ugel Chincha.
