Programa Nacional de Innovación Agraria.https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12955/1403197 páginasEl objetivo general de la propuesta de Agenda de Innovación para el sector consiste en desarrollar y consolidar las actividades de I+D+i, capacitación y transferencia tecnológica en materia agraria del INIA/SNIA. Para ello, se han definido seis líneas estratégicas dirigidas a cumplir los siguientes objetivos estratégicos específicos: (i) consolidar la estabilidad política, administrativa y presupuestal del INIA; (ii) modernizar los procesos de I+D+i del INIA/SNIA mediante la planificación estratégica y la vigilancia tecnológica, y (iii) crear y consolidar un sistema público-privado de asistencia técnica, extensión y transferencia tecnológica, con la participación de los GORE y GOLO. El presente estudio prospectivo se ha desarrollado de una manera participativa, convocando a numerosos expertos de diversas instituciones, organizaciones, especialidades y sectores ligados con la agricultura y la innovación en el Perú. Ellos han sido la base de las discusiones y consultas que se han realizado a lo largo de las diversas etapas que la metodología de trabajo indicaba, situación que permitió validar diversos aspectos, tendencias y valores que llevaron a la construcción de una agenda para la innovación agraria nacional.Programa Nacional de Innovación Agraria – PNIAINTRODUCCIÓN.
