Todas estas historias son testimonios valiosos, desde sus diferentes perspectivas, de lo importante que es invertir en ciencia para incrementar la innovación agraria en el país y que esta contribuya a la competitividad de la agricultura peruana. Las historias recolectadas en las EEA dan cuenta de los proyectos en biotecnología, recursos genéticos, y cambio climático y sostenibilidad que se ejecutaron en el marco de la convocatoria financiada con el proyecto de inversión pública PIP2, así como de las acciones realizadas a nivel de la mejora en la infraestructura y equipamiento, del fortalecimiento de capacidades (pasantías, maestrías, doctorados y cursos de capacitación) y de la incorporación de jóvenes investigadores.
