The significance of the proposal lies in exposing from a multidisciplinary perspective each legal system that affects the correct creation of a corporation in Mexico, making visible the points of concurrence of each of the legal sections of these legal dis ciplines, which apparently do not have correlation, given the nature of each of them; however, their meeting point is to bring a company into legal life. This being the final concordant or common objective of these various areas of law and, of course, the activities that corporations could subsequently develop, until their liquidation.El eje central del estudio es explicar, de manera sucinta, el proceso de creación de una sociedad mercantil con una perspectiva multidisciplinaria del derecho corporativo en México, como eje integrador de las disciplinas jurídicas consistentes en el derecho mercantil, notarial, fiscal, laboral y de seguridad social. La trascendencia de la propuesta radica en exponer, desde una perspectiva multidisciplinar, el ordenamiento jurídico que incide en la correcta creación de una corporación en México, haciendo visible los puntos de concurrencia de cada uno de los apartados legales de estas disciplinas jurídicas, que en apa riencia no tienen correlación, dada la naturaleza de cada una de ellas; sin embargo, tienen como punto de encuentro traer a la vida jurídica una empresa.
