El análisis de los resultados permitió identificar patrones emergentes y generar teorías basadas en los datos recopilados, contribuyendo a una mejor comprensión del fenómeno de la informalidad en este sector. Se evaluó cómo la informalidad de estos establecimientos afectaba la confianza en el entorno turístico, la calidad de vida de los visitantes y residentes, así como las implicaciones para la protección del patrimonio cultural y la autenticidad de las experiencias turísticas. Además, se analizaron las oportunidades laborales generadas por estos alojamientos y su impacto en el desarrollo turístico y económico de la ciudad.

A quantitative and descriptive approach was used, employing a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with the workers of these establishments to understand their expectations and needs. The study population consisted of workers from accommodations located in the historic center of Cusco.The analysis of the results identified emerging patterns and generated theories based on the collected data, contributing to a better understanding of the informality phenomenon in this sector.
