These species belong to the A. dominicana group and constitute new records of the genus from Chimborazo, Imbabura, and Napo Provinces. Additionally, A. andina sp. n. represents the highest elevation recorded for any species in the genus at 3900 m. Size class data are also presented suggesting continuous larval growth for the probable larva of A. decouxi sp. n., described and illustrated here. A new distribution record is provided for A. manabi from Carchi Province.Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica - ConcytecengPensoft PublishersZooKeysinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/GrumichellinaeAtanatolica-1Andean countries-1Andean countries-1https://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#1.06.00-1New atanatolica species from Ecuador (Trichoptera, leptoceridae)info:eu-repo/semantics/articlereponame:CONCYTEC-Institucionalinstname:Consejo Nacional de Ciencia Tecnología e Innovacióninstacron:CONCYTEC#PLACEHOLDER_PARENT_METADATA_VALUE##PLACEHOLDER_PARENT_METADATA_VALUE##PLACEHOLDER_PARENT_METADATA_VALUE#20.500.12390/860oai:repositorio.concytec.gob.pe:20.500.12390/8602024-05-30 15:23:06.575https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cbinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessmetadata only accesshttps://repositorio.concytec.gob.peRepositorio Institucional CONCYTECrepositorio@concytec.gob.pe#PLACEHOLDER_PARENT_METADATA_VALUE##PLACEHOLDER_PARENT_METADATA_VALUE##PLACEHOLDER_PARENT_METADATA_VALUE#<Publication xmlns="https://www.openaire.eu/cerif-profile/1.1/" id="66ea30ca-fb76-46bc-810c-b2563986efad"> <Type xmlns="https://www.openaire.eu/cerif-profile/vocab/COAR_Publication_Types">http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_1843</Type> <Language>eng</Language> <Title>New atanatolica species from Ecuador (Trichoptera, leptoceridae)</Title> <PublishedIn> <Publication> <Title>ZooKeys</Title> </Publication> </PublishedIn> <PublicationDate>2018</PublicationDate> <DOI>https://doi.org/10.3897/zookeys.793.26712</DOI> <SCP-Number>2-s2.0-85056412223</SCP-Number> <Authors> <Author> <DisplayName>Rázuri-Gonzales E.</DisplayName> <Person id="rp02268" /> <Affiliation> <OrgUnit> </OrgUnit> </Affiliation> </Author> <Author> <DisplayName>Holzenthal R.W.</DisplayName> <Person id="rp02267" /> <Affiliation> <OrgUnit> </OrgUnit> </Affiliation> </Author> <Author> <DisplayName>Ríos-Touma B.</DisplayName> <Person id="rp02266" /> <Affiliation> <OrgUnit> </OrgUnit> </Affiliation> </Author> </Authors> <Editors> </Editors> <Publishers> <Publisher> <DisplayName>Pensoft Publishers</DisplayName> <OrgUnit /> </Publisher> </Publishers> <License>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/</License> <Keyword>Grumichellinae</Keyword> <Keyword>Atanatolica</Keyword> <Keyword>Andean countries</Keyword> <Keyword>Andean countries</Keyword>
Four new species of Atanatolica Mosely are described from Ecuador: A. andina sp. n., A. angulata sp. n., A. curvata sp. n., and A. decouxi sp. n.
