SnO2 suspensions (sols) were obtained from tin (IV) tert-amyloxide (Sn(t-OAm)4) or tin (IV) chloride pentahydrate (SnCl4·5H2O) precursors, and stabilized with ammonia or tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEA-OH).
