The equations shown are based on the thermodynamic energy and mass balances in a way that ensures their conservation but assuming several simplifications to solve the equations. In order to analyze the behavior of the refrigerant in the evaporator, the temperature inside the cold room and the temperature of the fruit to be preserved.
