In the legal field, the development, registration, and publication of research seem to lack a long-term purpose, as evidenced by the record of fewer than one hundred researchers in RENACYT. Given this scenario, the document's objective is to demonstrate the limited importance given to regulation, academic institutional work, and the evaluation of results in legal research in the country.En el Perú, las universidades y centros de investigación han asumido que los procesos de investigación se desarrollan bajo una condición estándar y que pueden ser planificados y ejecutados de forma aleatoria y sin una proyección que implique un contexto progresivo en el tiempo. En consecuencia, no se pueden proyectar objetivos concretos y tangibles que incidan en beneficio de la sociedad. En el ámbito jurídico, el desarrollo, registro y publicación de investigaciones parecería que no tiene un propósito en el largo plazo y ello se acredita con un registro de menos de cien investigadores en el RENACYT.
