| Sumario: | When conducting a legal analysis of the Tradition Al pie de la letra, a political and legal environment is revealed in the first decade of the Republican life, where the president of the Republic is a military member that seizes control of the government through armed violence, and it also revealed a decade where constitutional rights were not respected.
