La situación laboral en los sectores empresariales, debe analizarse con responsabilidad social y asumirse con el compromiso voluntario de las empresas, que permita asegurar un crecimiento económico, social y ambientalmente responsable por lo cual es necesario, analizar la situación de la prácticas socialmente responsables de los empresarios con respecto a sus actividades económicas realizadas, cuyo estudio se enmarca dentro de la modalidad cualitativa y cuantitativa, aplicando métodos de nivel teórico, para el diagnóstico a varias empresas en la provincia de Imbabura-Ecuador, aplicándose la técnica de la encuesta, como resultados importantes se obtuvo la percepción de los empresarios determinando que no hay suficiente compromiso en lo respecto a las prácticas laborales justas.
