It is based on the implementation of SAP BUSINESS ONE (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) and the use of the Kaizen methodology in the different processes and operations carried out by companies in the automotive sector in the activities of sale and maintenance of new vehicles. The implementation and adaptation was executed in a period of one year, it was carried out in two stages, in the first one the information of the accounting system, the processes used, volume of operations, work team, current technology and ways of thinking of all were analyzed Company employees. In the second stage, the information obtained allows me to set the objectives of the implementation that is intended to be achieved. In the third stage, the interpretation and statistical analysis of the results obtained revealed that the accounting implementation of SAP BUSINESS ONE using the Kaizen methodology was satisfactory, which is expanded and demonstrated in the section on development, analysis, results and Conclusions.
Las medianas y pequeñas empresas (MYPES) del sector automotriz requieren la mejora continua para efectos de lograr la competitividad a consecuencia de la globalización en los negocios que avanza a pasos agigantados, llevándonos a agilizar los procesos contables y financieros para obtener la información en tiempo real y tomar decisiones con el objeto de incrementar la productividad, patrimonio y control de las operaciones, logrando el posicionamiento de la empresa. Esta es una investigación aplicada con un diseño experimental. Se basa en la implementación de SAP BUSINESS ONE (Sistemas, Aplicaciones y Productos en Procesamiento de datos) y la utilización de la metodología Kaizen en los diferentes procesos y operaciones que realizan las medianas y pequeñas empresas (MYPES) del sector automotriz en las actividades de venta y servicio de mantenimiento de vehículos nuevos. La implementación y adaptación se ejecutó en un periodo de un año, se efectuó en tres etapas, en la primera se analizó la información del sistema contable, los procesos utilizados, volumen de operaciones, equipo de trabajo, tecnología actual y formas de pensar de todos los colaboradores de la empresa. En la segunda etapa, la información obtenida permito fijar los objetivos de la implementación que se pretende logar. En la tercera etapa, desarrollo, interpretación y análisis estadístico de los resultados obtenidos revelaron que la implementación contable de SAP BUSINESS ONE utilizando la metodología Kaizen fue satisfactoria, lo que queda ampliado y demostrado en el acápite del   desarrollo, análisis, resultados y Conclusiones.
