The results show that, the performance indicators in the different physical capacities rise in a progressive and moderate way, placing 67.36% in the middle category, in general. It is concluded that it is not sufficient to define the results of the physical capacity indicators, based on the application of a single measurement instrument; It is also not appropriate, to start with speed as a basis for developing other physical abilities, but from strength, designing learning plans that provide the student with the appropriate amount of time and physical exercise, to obtain maximum performance with The minimum risk, respectively.El estudio es de naturaleza experimental, que tuvo por propósito determinar los indicadores de las capacidades físicas (velocidad, agilidad, fuerza, resistencia y flexibilidad), en una población de 280 estudiantes (13 a 17 años de edad) de educación secundaria, sometidos al primer nivel de intervención del Plan de Fortalecimiento de la Educación Física y el Deporte Escolar, en la institución educativa Glorioso San Carlos de la ciudad Puno. Los resultados muestran que, los indicadores de rendimiento en las diferentes capacidades físicas se elevan de manera progresiva y moderada, ubicando al 67.36% en la categoría media, en general.
