Eye health, without a doubt, has been gaining more relevance in recent years due to the promotion of healthy habits in search of caring for our eyes, but the question also arises as to whether we are increasingly exposed to electronic devices with screens, these, can be detrimental to our visual well-being since, due to confinement, the use of these as a work and study tool has increased exponentially.
La salud ocular, sin lugar a duda, ha ido tomando mayor relevancia en los últimos años debido a la promoción de hábitos saludables en busca del cuidado de nuestros ojos, pero también surge la incógnita de si al estar expuestos cada vez más a aparatos electrónicos con pantallas, éstas, puedan ser perjudiciales para nuestro bienestar visual ya que, debido al confinamiento, la utilización de estos como herramienta de trabajo y estudio ha incrementado exponencialmente.
