Hubo relación directa considerable entre la capacidad didáctica del docente y el logro de competencias del interno de enfermería durante sus prácticas clínicas, (rho=0.793; p=0.000), asimismo relación directa y considerable entre el logro de competencias del interno de enfermería y la capacidad didáctica del docente en sus dimensiones comunicación (rho=0.785; p=0.000), y didáctica (rho=0.806; p=0.000).
