Simply diseases pelvic cavity is so compromised the ability, judgment and experience of the gynecologist, as compared to surgical treatment of endometriosis. The required security of functioning ovarian tissue, both for the maintenance of the female reproductive activity to the symptomatology of the disease, many times requires the expert to have to take the decision whether to keep severe ovarian function or destroy the benefit of the patient.
En pocas enfermedades de la cavidad pelviana se ve tan comprometida la capacidad, buen juicio y experiencia del ginecólogo, como frente al tratamiento quirúrgico de la endometriosis. La seguridad de que se requiere de tejido ovárico funcionante, tanto para el mantenimiento de la actividad reproductiva femenina como para el de la sintomatología de la enfermedad, obliga en numerosas ocasiones a que el especialista tenga que adoptar la grave decisión entre conservar la función ovárica o destruirla, en beneficio de su paciente.
